  • Interim AD Maintenance

    We are supporting a large public sector organisation with an Interim AD Maintenance for c.6 months whilst they make a permanent appointment. The role would cover all aspects of Hard FM delivery including all planned and reactive maintenance in addition to lifecycle works and refurbishments.

    One of the key projects will be re-tendering and rationalising their external supply chain so extensive experience in contract management and letting contracts in a client-side/end user capacity will be essential.

    It is a varied estate with buildings ranging from art deco and Victorian age through to new builds and modern developments.

  • Interim Estates Operations Director

    A large, complex public sector organisation is seeking an experienced Interim Estates Operations Director to provide senior leadership across a diverse and extensive estate. 

    This role will lead the delivery of high‑quality, customer‑focused estates operations, including hard FM services, engineering infrastructure, maintenance strategies, statutory compliance, utilities and energy management. You will inspire and manage large multidisciplinary teams and external partners to deliver a resilient, 24/7 operational service across all aspects of the estate.

    The successful candidate will bring a strong track record of senior estates or facilities leadership within a complex organisation, with experience of managing significant budgets, driving service improvement, leading change and engaging effectively with senior stakeholders. You will demonstrate sound technical knowledge, strong financial acumen, and a collaborative, people‑centred leadership style.

    A relevant professional qualification (e.g. IWFM, CEng or equivalent) is required. 

    This is a key leadership role offering the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the performance, sustainability and resilience of a major public sector estate.

    The assignment will commence in April 2026 and is anticipated to last for a period of 6 months with a potential to be extended.
