Our client, a top-tier construction contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a CSA background to take full responsibility for the delivery of major data center projects in Singapore. This role requires strong leadership across construction, safety, programme, and commercial performance, with direct accountability to senior stakeholders.

You will lay a key role in managing multidisciplinary teams while ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.

In this role, you will:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of works on large-scale data center projects

• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure programme, quality, and safety targets are met

• Ensure full compliance with Singapore safety regulations, client standards, and company HSE requirements

• Drive construction planning, sequencing, and coordination with MEP and commissioning teams

• Maintain control of project commercial performance, including cost tracking, forecasts, and P&L updates to senior stakeholders

• Prepare and present progress, risk, and financial reports to internal and external stakeholders

• Identify and mitigate construction, programme, and commercial risks proactively

• Support client engagement and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance project culture

You will bring:

• Proven Project Management experience with a strong CSA background

• Demonstrated delivery of at least one data center project end-to-end

• Solid understanding of mission-critical construction standards and interfaces

• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements in Singapore

  Confident leadership and clear communication at site and stakeholder level

• Commercial acumen with experience reporting on costs, forecasts, and P&L performance

In this role, you will oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives and contractual obligations. Responsibilities include managing multidisciplinary teams across architectural and M&E workstreams, driving project planning and execution, and maintaining strict adherence to timelines, quality, and governance standards. You will act as the primary client interface, provide leadership in risk management and change control, and ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end project delivery for a large-scale Data Centre project, ensuring alignment with client objectives and contractual obligations.
• Manage architectural and M&E workstreams, coordinating design and construction activities.
• Act as the primary interface with the client, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution, maintaining strict adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Drive change management processes, scope control, and variation assessments.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports, including cost, schedule, and risk updates.
• Ensure governance and documentation standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support resource allocation and team leadership, promoting collaboration across disciplines.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in end-to-end project delivery, with proven track record in Data Centre projects.
• Strong background in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex technical scopes (Architectural & M&E).
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working closely with clients and subcontractors.
• Ability to lead under pressure and deliver projects within tight timelines.
• Knowledge of project controls, risk management, and change control processes.
• Singaporean or Singapore PR applicants preferred (due to Employment Pass quota).
• Available to start Jan 2026
