The Real Estate Investment Analyst supports the achievement of the company’s development and investment objectives by evaluating real estate opportunities and providing data-driven insights. The role involves continuous analysis of investments, identifying ways to improve returns, and supporting decision-making through detailed reporting and recommendations.
The analyst also works closely with the Business Development and Design & Planning teams, contributing to the full lifecycle of real estate projects—from concept through to construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse real estate investment opportunities and assess financial viability
- Develop financial models (ROI, IRR, cash flow projections)
- Monitor investment performance and recommend improvements in returns and cost efficiency
- Prepare detailed investment reports and present findings to management
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Support Business Development activities including feasibility studies and opportunity assessment
- Assist Design & Planning teams in project evaluation and development processes
- Contribute to managing real estate projects across all stages (concept to construction)
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in investment analysis and report writing
- At least 3 years of experience in the real estate sector
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal
