Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day to day operations across multiple FM sites ensuring compliance with FMMA standards and contractual requirements. operational performance, compliance, and service delivery of all facility management activities under FMMA scope.
The role ensures the implementation of best practices, operational excellence, and client satisfaction through effective leadership, resource optimization, and adherence to quality, health, safety, security, and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the operational performance of all FM activities under FMMA scope.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, FMMA standards, and internal policies.
- Implement best practices across all sites to optimize efficiency and service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams to achieve high performance.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, operational metrics, and client satisfaction levels.
- Ensure resource optimization and effective allocation across multiple sites.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address operational challenges and improve processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in facility management operations, with multi-site oversight preferred.
- Postgraduate qualification (MBA or FM certification such as IFMA, CFM, or FMP) is an advantage.
