The Role
This is a high-impact role for an accomplished hotelier who is ready to step into a broader operational mandate, shaping the guest experience, influencing culture, and driving performance across a complex, high-profile resort.
Acting as a strategic partner to the General Manager, you will take full ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless delivery across all departments, elevating service standards, and embedding a culture of excellence at every touchpoint.
This role goes beyond pure operations. It requires judgement, presence, and the ability to balance commercial performance with exceptional guest experience, leading from the front while developing a strong, aligned leadership team.
We are particularly interested in individuals who have progressed through a Rooms or Front Office pathway.
Those who understand the guest journey instinctively, who are naturally present on the floor, and who lead through visibility, engagement, and attention to detail. Your ability to anticipate guest needs, manage moments of truth, and elevate service delivery in real time will set you apart in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving operational excellence across all departments within the resort
- Elevating guest experience, quality standards, and service culture
- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing leadership team
- Partnering closely with the General Manager on strategy and performance
- Ensuring brand standards, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives are delivered
Candidate Profile
- Arabic speaker (essential)
- Degree in Hospitality or Business Management
- Current Middle East experience in a similar senior operational role (7 years)
- Proven track record within luxury hotels or resorts
- Strong Rooms/ Front Office foundation with a highly guest-centric mindset
- A visible, hands-on leadership style — comfortable operating at the heart of the guest experience
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at all levels
- Commercially astute with the ability to balance service excellence and performance
Salary & Benefits
