The Role
Reporting to the senior leadership team, this role will be responsible for leading integrated public relations and corporate communications across global and local markets. The position will play a critical role in shaping and protecting the organisation’s reputation, strengthening stakeholder trust, and supporting overall business and marketing objectives.
The role will work closely with cross-functional teams including brand, marketing, sales, CSR, and business leadership, while managing external PR agencies to deliver impactful and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Communications Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive PR and communications strategy aligned with business objectives
- Build and position the organisation’s narrative across innovation, sustainability, investments, and growth
- Drive executive positioning and thought leadership initiatives
Media Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with national, regional, and trade media
- Draft press releases, opinion articles, leadership interviews, and communication materials
- Manage media interactions, press conferences, and site visits
Executive & Leadership Visibility
- Create and drive platforms for senior leadership visibility including interviews, panels, and industry forums
- Support leadership messaging, media training, and communication readiness
Crisis & Issues Management
- Develop and implement crisis communication frameworks and protocols
- Monitor media sentiment and proactively manage reputational risks
- Act as a key point of contact for sensitive and high-impact media interactions
Campaign & Launch Communications
- Lead PR strategy for asset launches, key milestones, sustainability initiatives, and partnerships
- Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to deliver integrated campaigns
Measurement & Reporting
- Track media coverage, sentiment, and share of voice
- Deliver regular performance reports and insights to leadership
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will bring 9–15 years of experience in Public Relations / Corporate Communications and demonstrate:
- Experience working with or representing premium brands within luxury hospitality or high-end real estate / asset management environments
- Strong exposure to organisations known for high service standards, brand positioning, and institutional credibility
- Established media network across business, financial, and industry publications
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage crisis communications and high-stakes situations
- Strong stakeholder management and executive presence
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments
