MRG has partnered with a globally recognised Consultancy, in obtaining a Senior Project Manager. This role will oversee the entire life cycle of selected projects, from conception to completion. This role will be based on-site in their Dubai office.
Project Overview:
A major wellness and leisure destination being developed in the heart of Dubai. It’s envisioned as one of the world’s most ambitious wellbeing resorts, blending spa, recreation, health, and entertainment facilities in a vertical, design-led environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multi-disciplinary, high-profile projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and exceptional quality.
- Provide consultancy-driven project management insights and solutions to optimise planning, execution, and risk mitigation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
- Maintain rigorous oversight of project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and compliance with local regulations and safety protocols.
- Mentor and lead project teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
- Prepare and deliver detailed project reports and updates to senior stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Chartered Project Management Certification
- Significant experience in a Consultancy Environment, supporting large-scale, complex projects.
- Proven track record managing projects in Luxury Hospitality, Leisure, or Mixed used is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in construction management or relevant field
- Minimum 10 years’ experience within a Project Management scope
