Our client, a leading Project Management Consultancy (PMC), is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a greenfield hyperscale data center project in Thailand. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of data center design and construction, with a strong track record in managing complex, mission-critical infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, from planning and design through to construction and commissioning of data center facilities.

• Act as the main point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and expectations management throughout all project phases.

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of project execution including cost control, schedule management, quality assurance, risk mitigation, and statutory compliance.

• Lead PMO reporting processes including dashboards, progress tracking, governance reviews, and change management.

• Ensure all works are compliant with Thai statutory codes, environmental and health & safety regulations.

• Drive effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and authorities.

• Manage stakeholder engagement with internal and external parties to resolve challenges and keep the project aligned with strategic goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in construction project management, with at least 3 years in data center construction.

• Proven ability to manage large-scale, high-spec projects in a live and fast-paced environment.

• Strong PMO background with experience in project governance, reporting, and strategic planning.

• Solid understanding of cost, schedule, quality, and risk management.

• Familiarity with Thailand’s building codes, permitting processes, and construction regulations.

• Exceptional client management and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Strong technical understanding of design, MEP, and civil/structural interfaces in data centers.

• Fluent in English; Thai language skills an advantage.

• Must be eligible to work in Thailand.
