    As our portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking a talented Revenue & Data Performance Manager to play a critical role in maximising occupancy, revenue and yield. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded analyst who thrives on turning complex data into meaningful insight and influencing business performance through evidence-based decision making. 

    The Role 

    Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Revenue & Data Performance Manager will be responsible for driving commercial performance across the Student Castle portfolio through revenue management, forecasting, business intelligence and data analysis. 

    This role sits at the intersection of revenue strategy and data performance. You will use advanced analytical techniques, systems expertise and commercial insight to optimise pricing, improve occupancy, identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision making across the business. 

    Key responsibilities include: 

    • Developing and implementing pricing and yield strategies to maximise revenue and occupancy. 
    • Producing accurate occupancy and revenue forecasts, scenario planning and demand modelling. 
    • Ensuring data integrity across CRM, property management, booking and business intelligence systems. 
    • Translating complex data into actionable recommendations that influence commercial strategy and operational performance. 
    • Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Property teams to improve performance across the portfolio. 

    Success in this role will depend on your ability to leverage data, systems and business intelligence tools to influence revenue performance and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.  

    The Candidate 

    We are looking for a commercially focused and highly analytical professional who is passionate about using data to drive business performance. 

    You will bring: 

    • Proven experience in Revenue Management or commercial role. 
    • Strong analytical, forecasting and scenario-planning capabilities. 
    • Advanced Excel skills. 
    • Experience working with large, complex datasets and multiple data sources. 
    • Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of pricing strategy and revenue optimisation. 
    • The confidence and credibility to challenge assumptions and influence stakeholders at all levels through data-led insight. 
    • A proactive approach to improving systems, reporting processes and data quality.

  • Regional Facilities Manager

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Regional Facilities Manager to support our portfolio across the South-West region.

     

    The Role

     

    As Regional Facilities Manager, you will provide leadership and strategic oversight of facilities management, health & safety, compliance and maintenance operations across a portfolio of student accommodation schemes. Working closely with local site teams, you will ensure the effective delivery of planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance programmes, contractor management and capital improvement projects. You will be responsible for driving high standards of building performance, supporting lifecycle planning, managing supplier relationships, delivering health & safety audits, promoting a positive safety culture and ensuring all properties remain safe, compliant and operationally efficient. This is a varied, hands-on role requiring regular travel across the region and close collaboration with both operational and senior leadership teams.

     

    The Person

     

    We are looking for a motivated and professional facilities management specialist with experience in a multi-site environment and a passion for safety, compliance and continuous improvement. You will have a strong understanding of building services, contractor management, planned maintenance and health & safety management systems, alongside the ability to coach and support operational teams.

     

    You will hold a NEBOSH qualification, possess knowledge of current legislation and industry best practice, and have experience carrying out audits and building condition assessments. Experience within Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) would be advantageous with specific alignment with high rise buildings. Above all, you will be a self-driven individual with excellent organisational skills, a collaborative approach and a genuine commitment to creating safe and high-performing environments. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

     

    Candidates based in the South West of England would be of particular interest but other locations will be considered.
