    If you're an experienced CSA Manager who thrives on delivering complex, technically demanding construction projects, this is an opportunity to join one of Asia's leading project management consultancies supporting the delivery of next-generation hyperscale data centres across the region.

    Working on behalf of global technology clients, you'll take ownership of Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) delivery, ensuring quality, programme certainty and construction excellence on one of Bangkok's landmark mission-critical developments.

    Lead the Civil, Structural & Architectural Delivery

    As the CSA Manager, you will be responsible for managing all Civil, Structural and Architectural construction activities from mobilisation through to handover. Working closely with the Project Director, MEP teams, contractors and consultants, you will ensure works are delivered safely, to specification, on programme and within the required quality standards.

    This role requires someone who can confidently manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining strict control over quality, construction sequencing and site coordination in a fast-paced data centre environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Manage all Civil, Structural and Architectural construction activities across the project.

    Monitor construction progress against programme, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

    Coordinate principal contractors, subcontractors and consultants throughout project delivery.

    Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards and approved construction methodologies.

    Conduct inspections, monitor workmanship and oversee defect management.

    Review technical drawings, shop drawings, RFIs and method statements.

    Work closely with MEP, commissioning and project controls teams to ensure seamless integration across all disciplines.

    Monitor site safety, ensuring all works comply with HSE requirements.

    Support project reporting, commercial awareness and progress tracking.

    Drive successful project delivery through to practical completion and handover.

    What We're Looking For

    Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or Construction Management.

    Minimum 8 years' experience managing Civil, Structural and Architectural packages on major construction projects.

    Strong technical knowledge of:

    Reinforced concrete structures

    Structural steel

    Architectural finishes

    Building envelope systems

    Proven experience coordinating multiple contractors on large-scale developments.

    Excellent understanding of construction sequencing and site logistics.

    Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

    Ability to lead site teams and solve technical challenges under programme pressure.

    Experience delivering data centres, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, industrial or other mission-critical facilities will be highly regarded.

  • MEP Manager – Data Centers

    Are you an experienced MEP Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex, mission-critical projects? This is an opportunity to take ownership of the mechanical, electrical and public health (MEP) delivery for hyperscale data centre developments with our client, a leading Project Management Consultancy.

    Why This Opportunity?

    Our client is a leading Project Management Consultancy (PMC) specialising in mission-critical infrastructure. Working client-side, they partner with some of the world’s largest technology companies and investors to deliver hyperscale data centre developments across Asia.

    Based in Bangkok, you will play a critical role in managing the successful delivery of all MEP systems, ensuring the highest standards of quality, reliability and performance across every stage of construction. Working closely with project, design and construction teams, you will oversee contractors and consultants to ensure complex building services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme requirements.

    What You’ll Be Responsible For

    You’ll lead the successful delivery of all MEP works by:

    • Managing the end-to-end delivery of mechanical, electrical and public health systems from design coordination through installation, testing, commissioning and handover.
    • Coordinating MEP contractors, consultants and specialist vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Monitoring programme, quality, safety and technical compliance across all MEP disciplines.
    • Reviewing design documentation, shop drawings, technical submissions and material approvals.
    • Managing interface coordination between MEP, civil, structural and architectural work packages.
    • Leading testing, commissioning and integrated systems validation to achieve successful operational readiness.
    • Identifying technical risks, resolving complex engineering challenges and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
    • Supporting project reporting while ensuring compliance with project specifications, client standards and international best practices.

    What We’re Looking For

    We’re seeking an experienced MEP professional who combines strong technical expertise with proven leadership on complex construction projects.

    You’ll ideally bring:

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.
    • 10+ years’ experience delivering major construction or infrastructure projects with significant MEP scope.
    • Proven experience managing the installation and commissioning of complex MEP systems.
    • Strong understanding of critical infrastructure, including HVAC, chilled water systems, electrical distribution, UPS, generators, switchgear, fire protection and BMS controls.
    • Experience managing multidisciplinary contractors and coordinating technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Experience delivering hyperscale or enterprise data centres is highly desirable. We also welcome applications from professionals who have delivered MEP packages on other mission-critical facilities, including semiconductor manufacturing plants, hospitals, airports, pharmaceutical facilities or advanced industrial developments.

    Previous experience working within a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) or client-side delivery environment will be highly regarded.
