Our client is seeking an experienced MEP & CSA Superintendent to oversee site delivery on a large-scale hyperscale data centre project in Johor, Malaysia. You will be responsible for supervising Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) and Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) works, ensuring delivery to programme, quality, and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities across MEP and CSA packages
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
- Monitor progress against programme and support recovery actions
- Ensure works meet drawings, specifications, and approved methods
- Manage interfaces between trades to avoid clashes and delays
- Conduct inspections to maintain quality standards
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities
- Ensure compliance with HSE, client, and regulatory standards
- Report progress, risks, and key site issues to management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent or Senior Supervisor on major construction projects
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and CSA construction works
- Data centre or mission-critical project experience preferred
- Experience managing subcontractors and site coordination
- Ability to read drawings, schedules, and technical documents
- Strong understanding of quality, testing, and handover processes
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work on site in Johor, Malaysia
