On behalf of our client, a leading general contractor based in Riyadh, delivering large-scale infrastructure and construction projects across the Kingdom, MRG are seeking two Structural Engineers with a focus on temporary works. The organisation is known for its strong project portfolio, technical excellence, and commitment to quality and safety.
The Role:
Reporting to the Line Manager, these roles will be responsible for delivering structural design and engineering solutions across a range of projects. The positions will focus on ensuring design integrity, compliance with international standards, and supporting project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and check temporary works including scaffolding, formwork, cranes, and gantries
- Review and validate third-party designs and calculations
- Ensure safety and compliance in all temporary structure designs
- Provide technical support during project execution
Candidate Profile:
The successful candidates will have experience in structural engineering and demonstrate:
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant design experience
- Strong knowledge of structural design standards and engineering principles
- Experience in either:
- Bridge and steel structure design.
- Temporary works design and checking.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
