A leading real estate and property management developer in Saudi Arabia is seeking to appoint a commercially driven Retail Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of retail fitouts, refurbishments, and capital projects across a high-profile mixed-use portfolio. Operating at the intersection of project delivery, retail operations, tenant coordination, and commercial management, the organisation continues to expand and enhance its retail environments across the Kingdom.

The Role:

Reporting to the Executive Director of Operations & Facilities Management, you will lead the end-to-end execution of multiple retail delivery projects, ensuring stores, retail units, and common areas are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest operational and quality standards.

This is a fast-paced, highly visible role requiring an individual capable of managing multiple stakeholders across contractors, consultants, tenants, leasing teams, and senior leadership. The successful candidate will oversee the full tenant delivery process from space handover through to store opening while ensuring compliance with design standards, authority approvals, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead multiple simultaneous retail delivery and fit-out projects from inception through to completion.
Manage tenant handover processes, fit-out coordination, design reviews, and operational readiness.
Oversee contractors, consultants, project managers, and specialist suppliers across active projects.
Monitor programme schedules, budgets, risks, variations, and project performance metrics.
Chair project review meetings and provide executive-level reporting on project progress and commercial performance.
Ensure all projects comply with tenant design manuals, lease obligations, authority requirements, and safety standards.
Manage project budgets, payment approvals, variation orders, and value engineering initiatives.
Drive contractor performance management, defect resolution, and project close-out processes.

Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will bring strong retail delivery and project management experience gained within retail malls, mixed-use developments, real estate developers, or large-scale property management platforms, alongside:

8–10+ years’ experience in retail delivery, fit-out delivery, construction management, or project management.
Proven experience managing multiple concurrent retail fit-out and refurbishment projects.
Strong understanding of tenant coordination, contractor management, authority approvals, and retail operations.
Experience operating within retail malls, mixed-use assets, or commercial real estate environments.
Excellent commercial acumen with strong budget, reporting, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to operate confidently in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments.
GCC or Saudi Arabia experience is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
PMP, Prince2, RICS, or equivalent professional qualifications would be advantageous.
