Our client is seeking an experienced Project, Program Management & Operations Framework Engineer to support delivery on a large-scale hyperscale data centre project in Johor, Malaysia. You will be responsible for developing project controls, governance processes, reporting frameworks, and operational readiness systems to ensure successful project execution and handover.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project and programme management frameworks
- Support governance processes, reporting structures, and controls
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and key performance metrics
- Coordinate across design, construction, commissioning, and operations teams
- Improve workflows, documentation, and operational processes
- Support risk management, issue tracking, and change control activities
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and stakeholder updates
- Assist handover readiness and transition to operations teams
- Ensure compliance with client standards and project procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project controls, programme management, or operations framework roles
- Experience on data centre, mission-critical, or large-scale construction projects preferred
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle, governance, and reporting processes
- Experience with scheduling, risk registers, change management, and KPIs
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced skills in Excel, reporting tools, and project management systems
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Able to work on site in Johor, Malaysia
