Our client is a globally recognized brand with a strong presence across international markets and a reputation for delivering complex, high-performance projects. Their portfolio includes large-scale Data Centers, Mission Critical Facilities etc.

As part of their continued growth in India, they are seeking Architects, Designers, BIM Architects, and Project Architects to support the delivery of Data Center and Mission Critical projects across Mumbai, Delhi NCR, and Bengaluru. This is an opportunity to work within a collaborative, BIM-led environment on technically sophisticated projects that demand design excellence, innovation, and precision.

Responsibilities:

Develop architectural designs, technical documentation, and construction drawings for Data Center and Mission Critical projects across various design stages.
Create, manage, and coordinate BIM models using Revit while maintaining compliance with project BIM standards and protocols.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, consultants, and project stakeholders to achieve coordinated design outcomes.
Support project delivery from concept design through detailed design, construction documentation, and project execution.
Participate in design reviews, technical coordination meetings, and clash resolution workshops.
Ensure design quality, accuracy of documentation, and adherence to project timelines and client requirements.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM workflows, modelling standards, and digital delivery processes.
Stay informed on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends relating to Data Center and Mission Critical design.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
2 to 20 years of professional experience within an architectural design or project delivery environment.
Hands-on Revit experience is mandatory.
Strong practical experience with BIM workflows, standards, and digital project delivery.
Experience in architectural design development, technical documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination.
Previous exposure to Data Centers, Mission Critical Facilities, Industrial, Infrastructure, Technology, Commercial, Healthcare, or other complex project sectors would be advantageous.
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively within fast-paced project environments and contribute to the successful delivery of technically demanding projects.
