The Role
Reporting to the Principal-In-Charge / Design Director, this role will be responsible for leading the technical design and delivery of large-scale mixed-use projects across all phases. The role involves managing project teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution from concept through completion while maintaining high design and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and technical delivery of commercial, residential and mixed-use projects across all stages
Manage project lifecycle including planning, coordination, documentation, construction support and close-out
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and relationship management
Coordinate with consultants including structural, MEP, landscape and other stakeholders
Lead project meetings, workshops and progress reviews with clients and internal teams
Provide technical guidance and resolve complex design and construction challenges
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met
Support business development initiatives and contribute to proposals, contracts and client engagement
Oversee documentation, specifications, site visits, RFIs, submittals and construction processes
Mentor and lead junior team members, ensuring high-quality output and professional development
Drive sustainability initiatives and integrate ESG goals into project delivery

Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have experience in architectural design and delivery within commercial, residential and mixed-use developments and demonstrate

Registered Architect with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred)
10+ years of experience in large-scale project delivery, including high-rise developments
Strong technical knowledge of building systems, construction processes and Indian regulations
Proven experience in project leadership, client management and team coordination
Proficiency in design tools such as Revit, Rhino, CAD and Adobe Suite
Understanding of sustainable design principles; exposure to LEED, WELL, Fitwel or similar is advantageous
Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
