Have you successfully overseen multiple data centre projects from inception through to delivery? Are you a Programme Manager who understands that in mission-critical environments, planning, governance, and coordination are critical to success? This is an opportunity to lead a portfolio of high-profile hyperscale data centre projects with a globally renowned project management consultancy in the Klang Valley.

Our client is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of large-scale data centre projects in Malaysia. You will be responsible for driving programme strategy, robust planning, and ensuring alignment across multiple project teams to deliver to the highest standards of safety, quality, schedule, and commercial performance.

Responsibilities:

Lead the overall programme delivery across multiple hyperscale data centre projects
Establish and manage programme governance, reporting structures, and controls
Drive programme planning, including master schedules, phasing, and sequencing strategies
Oversee Project Managers and ensure alignment across all project workstreams
Ensure consistency in delivery standards, processes, and best practices
Manage programme-level risks, issues, and dependencies
Monitor commercial performance, budgets, and forecasting across the programme
Engage with senior stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and performance
Support client strategy, planning, and key decision-making

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Programme Manager on large-scale construction or data centre programmes
Strong background in project planning and programme scheduling (Primavera P6 or similar)
Track record managing multiple complex projects concurrently
Strong understanding of data centre or mission-critical project delivery
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
Experience in programme governance, reporting, and risk management
Strong commercial awareness, including budget oversight and forecasting
Ability to operate at both strategic and delivery levels
Clear and confident communication with senior stakeholders
