Our client is seeking to appoint a Pest Control Specialist to join their health, safety, and environmental division.

The Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Pest Control Specialist will provide technical advisory, oversight, and compliance management for pest control operations. The role supports the development of integrated pest management strategies and evaluates contractor performance across large-scale estates.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultancy on pest control programmes
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Ministry of Health, SFDA, and municipal regulations
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments
- Develop integrated pest management (IPM) strategies
- Review chemicals, equipment, and methods for safety compliance
- Audit service providers and evaluate KPI performance
- Support tender reviews and subcontractor evaluations
- Advise on documentation, schedules, and reporting
- Deliver training and awareness sessions
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure safe handling and disposal of chemicals
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have specialist pest management experience and demonstrate:
- Strong understanding of IPM, HACCP, and environmental health standards
- Experience managing pest control across large-scale facilities
- Strong analytical, reporting, and advisory skills
