Working closely with senior leadership, you will:
- Take the lead on managing a prime commercial portfolio across office, retail, and leisure assets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with occupiers, clients, and stakeholders
- Identify and deliver value-add initiatives including refurbishments, lease regears, lettings, and rent reviews
- Oversee facilities management and major works programmes
- Monitor key lease events, budgets, and performance metrics
- Prepare and present reports to clients and, where required, at board level
- Play an active role in business development and growing the client base
