A leading Saudi real estate developer is seeking an Investment Manager to support the evaluation of new development opportunities across its growing portfolio.
The role will focus on financial modelling, feasibility studies, investment analysis, market research, and development appraisals to support strategic investment decisions and project viability assessments.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain detailed financial models for real estate developments.
Conduct feasibility studies and development appraisals for residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects.
Evaluate investment opportunities and support acquisition assessments.
Perform market research, demand analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
Prepare investment presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior management.
Support due diligence activities and project evaluation processes.
Assess project risks, returns, and overall investment performance.
Work closely with development, finance, and leadership teams on investment decisions.
Requirements
5–10 years of experience within real estate investment, development, advisory, or consulting.
Strong financial modelling and feasibility study experience.
Experience evaluating real estate development opportunities.
Strong analytical and commercial skills.
Ability to prepare investment recommendations and business cases.
Arabic language skills preferred.
