Our client is seeking to appoint an HSE Specialist to join their health and safety division.

The Role
Reporting to the HSE Consultant, the HSE Specialist will monitor and assess the safety performance of FM service providers, ensuring compliance with internal and client requirements, regulatory standards, and environmental obligations. The role promotes safe working practices across multiple facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor contractor HSE compliance and performance
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Review HSE plans, method statements, and permits to work
- Identify hazards and issue improvement notices
- Manage incident reporting, investigation, and follow-up actions
- Participate in toolbox talks, drills, and training audits
- Ensure adherence to Saudi regulatory authorities
- Oversee waste management and sustainability practices
- Maintain documentation and safety records
- Provide technical guidance to stakeholders
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have experience in HSE within facilities management and demonstrate:
- Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and FM safety practices
- Experience conducting inspections, audits, and incident investigations
- Clear, confident communication and stakeholder management skills
