Our client is seeking to appoint a Housekeeping Specialist to join their soft services division.
The Company

The Role
The Housekeeping Specialist will manage and monitor all cleaning activities delivered by the service provider. The role focuses on inspection, performance monitoring, compliance, and continuous improvement to ensure a clean, safe, and well-presented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor cleaning operations and ensure service provider performance
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules
- Assess staff performance through the service provider
- Enforce safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Conduct audits and produce inspection reports
- Coordinate with clients and operations teams to resolve issues
- Review consumable usage and ensure cost efficiency
- Oversee specialist cleaning activities
- Review method statements, risk assessments, and training compliance
- Participate in performance meetings and improvement planning
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have experience in professional cleaning operations and demonstrate:
- Strong knowledge of BICSc standards and cleaning methodologies
- Experience managing large-scale or high-profile facilities
- Excellent organisational, inspection, and communication skills
