We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Consultant to join a leading Facilities Management team in Saudi Arabia. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional service delivery across all housekeeping operations, maintaining compliance with health and safety standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations through regular site inspections and audits.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards, including RAMS, COSHH, PPE, and audit processes.
  • Monitor service provider performance and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Conduct scheduled day and night inspections and cross-audits at key locations.
  • Raise and follow up on service requests and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Recommend cost-saving measures and operational enhancements.
  • Prepare reports on KPIs and SLAs, and attend client meetings to ensure service satisfaction.
  • Coordinate emergency responses and escalate issues as per established protocols.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum 8 years in Facilities Management or related industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Expertise: Strong background in soft services, including cleaning, waste management, and front-of-house operations.
  • Skills: Leadership, strategic decision-making, problem-solving, and ability to manage complex FM contracts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • BICSc Level 2 certification
  • NEBOSH qualification
