The Role
Reporting to the Regional Hospitality Lead, the Guest Experience Lead will be responsible for delivering a seamless, high-touch experience for all clients and visitors, mirroring the standards of a luxury hospitality environment. This role will own the end-to-end guest journey, from arrival to departure, ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, and consistent brand experience across locations.
The position will oversee front office operations, concierge services, and workplace hospitality, while leading on-ground teams to maintain premium service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and prospective customers, ensuring a warm and professional welcome
- Curate and manage the complete guest journey, including arrival experience, hosting, and engagement
- Oversee reception operations, meeting room coordination, and concierge-level services such as refreshments and guest handling
- Maintain and elevate visual, operational, and experiential standards across the office environment
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to hospitality protocols and service benchmarks
- Lead and manage front office, housekeeping, and barista teams to ensure consistent service excellence
- Handle high-profile clients with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will come from a luxury hospitality background and demonstrate:
- Proven experience in guest relations, front office management, or premium hospitality services
- Strong leadership capability with experience managing cross-functional service teams
- Exceptional grooming, presence, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations with composure and professionalism
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- A client-first mindset with a passion for delivering elevated service experiences
