The Fleet Site Manager is responsible for the operational management, coordination, and performance of all fleet vehicles and site logistics supporting facility management operations. The role ensures that fleet assets are efficiently deployed, maintained, and managed to support service delivery across the project.

The position oversees fleet operations, driver coordination, compliance, and maintenance scheduling to ensure reliability, safety, and cost efficiency across site activities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day fleet operations supporting facility management services across the site.
  • Coordinate vehicle allocation and scheduling to ensure operational requirements are met.
  • Monitor fleet performance, utilisation, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure fleet vehicles are maintained according to preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Oversee compliance with safety regulations, vehicle inspections, and operational standards.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely servicing and repairs of vehicles.
  • Monitor fuel consumption, operational costs, and fleet efficiency.
  • Maintain fleet documentation including vehicle records, licences, and regulatory compliance.
  • Supervise drivers and fleet support personnel, ensuring adherence to safety and operational procedures.
  • Support logistics coordination for FM operations including equipment transport and service response.

 

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Experience managing fleet operations within facility management, construction, logistics, or infrastructure environments.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance planning and fleet utilisation management.
  • Experience coordinating operational logistics within large site environments.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements relating to fleet operations.
  • Strong organisational and operational management skills.


Person Specifications

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in fleet management, logistics coordination, or site operations.
  • Experience supporting large operational environments or FM service delivery.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage operational challenges in dynamic site environments.
  • Good reporting, communication, and organisational capabilities.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Professional certifications in fleet management or logistics are advantageous.
