We are seeking a dynamic, degree-qualified finance leader with 15 years of experience in Real Estate & Lease Management (Hospitality) to oversee the entire finance function for a complex, multi-faceted business model. This role requires a proactive, high-energy self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and can deliver strategic insights while ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Leadership: Direct and manage the finance and accounting function, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards and robust financial governance.
- Team Management: Lead a team of 30 professionals, driving efficiency, synergy, and continuous improvement across all processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with owners, investors, and senior leadership to provide clear financial reporting and strategic recommendations.
- Operational Excellence: Develop dashboards, conduct audits, and deliver detailed analysis to support decision-making.
- Systems & Processes: Ensure strong ERP system utilisation and integration for streamlined operations.
- Business Model Expertise: Understand and manage the complexities of branded serviced residences, hotel serviced apartments, and Homeowner Association structures.
- Cross-Border Coordination: Collaborate with multinational teams and travel to KSA as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 10 plus years of experience in Real Estate/Hospitality/Property Management.
- Real Estate & Lease Management: Assets oversight, long & short-term leases, treasury, AR/AP, and liquidity optimisation.
- Fluent in Arabic (non-negotiable) and English.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and IFRS standards.
- Proven ability to manage large teams and improve operational efficiencies.
- Exposure to branded serviced residences and hotel serviced apartments.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
