Our client is one of the Kingdom’s leading large-scale real estate development organisations, delivering a landmark mixed-use destination that will redefine entertainment, hospitality, residential, retail and lifestyle experiences in Saudi Arabia. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Director of Talent Acquisition to lead and evolve their in-house recruitment function.
This is a strategic leadership role requiring an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who has successfully built and led high-performing recruitment teams while remaining hands-on in the delivery of critical and senior-level hires. You will partner closely with executive leadership to develop and execute the talent acquisition strategy, ensuring the organisation attracts and secures exceptional talent across corporate, technical and leadership functions.
Key Requirements:
- Saudi National
- Extensive in-house Talent Acquisition leadership experience
- Proven operational recruitment expertise, managing end-to-end hiring across a large organisation
- Strong track record of recruiting senior leadership and executive-level talent
- Experience within real estate, masterplan developments, construction, infrastructure or other large-scale development environments
- Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to influence senior leadership
- Experience leading and developing high-performing Talent Acquisition teams
