The Role:

Reporting to the Project Director, the BIM Manager will be responsible for the strategic implementation and oversight of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across large-scale infrastructure projects. This role involves leading BIM teams, ensuring adherence to international standards, and driving efficient multidisciplinary coordination and model governance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage BIM delivery for complex infrastructure projects, ensuring successful project outcomes.
Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Master Information Delivery Plans (MIDP), and Task Information Delivery Plans (TIDP) in accordance with ISO 19650 standards.
Oversee the Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows, ensuring effective information management and collaboration.
Conduct multidisciplinary coordination, clash detection, and implement robust model governance procedures.
Align BIM outputs with project schedules, cost controls, and quality requirements to optimize project delivery.

Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in BIM delivery and demonstrate:

Key skill or qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Professional certifications in BIM are highly desirable.
Relevant technical or commercial experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in BIM delivery, with proven leadership of BIM teams on large-scale infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of ISO 19650, BEP development, MIDP/TIDP, and CDE workflows is essential. Advanced proficiency in Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and Revizto is required. A background in infrastructure and/or complex construction projects is mandatory.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex BIM concepts to diverse teams and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring project alignment.
