The Role:

Reporting to the BIM Manager, BIM Infra Modellers will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed Building Information Models for infrastructure and civil projects. This role involves utilizing advanced BIM software to model roads, utilities, drainage, earthworks, and site works, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce accurate 3D models, profiles, sections, and quantities for infrastructure and civil projects.
Model roads, utilities, drainage systems, earthworks, and site works with precision and attention to detail.
Collaborate with design teams to ensure BIM models align with project specifications and design intent.
Apply knowledge of local and international infrastructure standards (e.g., AASHTO or equivalent) in all modeling activities.

Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will have experience in BIM modeling for infrastructure/civil projects and demonstrate:

Key skill or qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field. Relevant certifications in BIM software are a plus.
Relevant technical or commercial experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM modeling for infrastructure/civil projects. Strong proficiency in Civil 3D, Revit, and AutoCAD is essential. Proven experience in modeling roads, utilities, drainage, earthworks, and site works, along with the ability to produce accurate 3D models, profiles, sections, and quantities. Knowledge of local and international infrastructure standards (AASHTO or equivalent) is required.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills: Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate and coordinated BIM deliverables.
